Back

So It is time I started blogging again.  I promised my good friend Jasmine if she started a blog I would get back into the habit. Well, my good friend Anchored In Love has done so.

Blogging is our modern day journal.  I have always been told throughout my life to keep a journal.  There is supposed to be value in recording down ones thoughts and the twists and turns of life.  When I think about this I can't help but get a grand delusion that maybe one day I will accomplish something so great that my blog/journal entries will be studied with a fever once I am gone.  Wouldn't that be nice?  Knowing you lived such an influential life that your writings will continue to influence even after your death

On The Road

A quick blog update before I leave for Florida.

I spend a lot of time on youtube.  I love surfing youtube videos and finding out who is out there and what kind of content they post.  I even stay up to date with some youtubers who's content may not even apply to me.  Like Kat, a young and beautiful how-to guru for fashion.  You can check her youtube channel here.

Other people I like to stay up with are Epic Meal Time, Ijustine, or toby turner

I couldn't possibly tell you what it is that makes youtubers so much fun to watch.  Maybe it is how real they appear.  The fact that you could run into them on the street.

Who are you favorite youtubers?

Being There

I saw you yesterday
you walked up and said hello
I noticed that you weren't quite the same
even though you were acting as usual
I asked, you lied
I pressed, you walked off
I caught you in the parking lot
and you opened your car door
we said goodbye and
you pretended I couldn't tell
Well, I did
I love you
you are my friend and I see who you really are
I see your flaws and everything that makes you beautiful
I can tell by that one moment
that one look in your eye
Like a loving mother or father
I'm here for you because I love you
Nothing more
Nothing less

Perfect

I just got done watching the music video for Perfect by Pink.  Wow, that was a rough video to watch.  A lot of us go through hardships in life.  We all get down, some soldier on and some give in.  What is it that keeps you going when things get rough?

Sushi!!

Spicy Tuna Roll  from Yokohama Sushi

A few months ago I was not a sushi person.  I was one of those people who would just look at sushi and tell myself no.  Well, getting bored with the food in my area and after reading an article about this hole in the wall sushi place by my house I gave it a shot.  I started with beginners sushi, the California roll.  Before I knew it I was trying everything I could.  Philadelphia, dragon, rainbow rolls.   I got lucky with Yokohama, the sushi place by my house.  They aren't expensive and give you about between 11 and 16 pieces to a roll.   I am as we speak munching on an absolutely delicious spicy tuna roll.  Tell me, what are your favorite rolls?

Enough Is Enough

So many of us, if asked, would say, "Yes I am a good friend."  I don't think many people would consider themselves a bad friend.  In fact when I do come across someone who is just a bad friend they are usually totally oblivious to the fact.  And that my friends is what makes them a poor companion in the first place.  So I ask you readers.  At what point do you cut someone off.  When is it time to just stop being a "good friend?"  Quite personally I love people and I love building relationships.  I can be very forward and overbearing at times but that doesn't change the fact that I don't want to lose any friends.  I'm usually the first one to break down and apologize when something goes wrong.  So again I ask.  What is the cut off point?

Where Is The Government

TGIF!

Its FRIDAY FRIDAY gotta get a government Friday. Figure our budget out YEAH!  Ok I'm done I promise.  It would appear that our government has been as successful as Rebecca Black's music career.  Sure there is a lot of hype about it in the media but tomorrow you probably wont even know it exists.  Seriously, we could potentially wake up Saturday morning and find out we don't have a government.  Now I'm one opinionated guy but one thing I think we all agree on is that the government shutting down is a bad thing.  I was watching a video online about Ellis island and how it would be closed in the event of a lock down.   "Welcome to the home of the brave, the land of the free is currently on strike."    Is it just me or is it a little ridiculous that we never set up a full budget anyways.  Here is the thing, my personal budget is big enough that I would die without some sort of long term financial plans.  How in the world are they budgeting our nations money for only 3 weeks at a time?!  Think about this,  the amount of money they are dealing with is so large there is no way that they are accurately spending our money with a three week budget.  In fact how are they even creating a budget for the nation in under 3 weeks?

Talk to me,  I want to hear what you have to say!

Meat For Breakfast

What is this?  Good question,  I like to think of it as the WORST BREAKFAST EVER!  Not really, I've seen worse.  I can't help but want to try this crazy sandwich I found on This Is why You're Fat's Tumblr.  The sandwich is made up of scrambled eggs, pork sausage, potatoes and American cheese rolled inside a buttermilk pancake topped with maple syrup.   So I think come Sunday Morn I will celebrate the day of rest by clogging my arteries and post some pictures of me making this wonderful little breakfast sandwich!
